Hello,
I've followed all the tutorials but I can't get my system working again.
ST16 remote control
System st16_system_v03.01.b30
APK : st16_app_v01.00.45
Typhoon
AutoPilot V1.35 Typhoon H
Gimbal V1.27
Camera V3.2.34(E) C-G03-Pro
RealSense V1.10
Unable to update via wifi, unable to upload files to SD card,...
The camera connects to the remote control and can be operated.
The drone connects but then disappears from the binding list.
Do you have a simple procedure for general reset and restarting up to date?
Thanks for your feedback,
Antoine

The FW is up to date, never try a general reset without a serious reason and without proper diagnosis first. In many cases the real problems start after factory reset.

I do not understand what your problem is. Is the drone not bound? How did you detect this? It is normal, that the white serial number of the SR24 disappears and moves to the red number above after binding. You can clearly see if the drone is bound when you remove the camera and have still telemetry on the ST16 (voltage, altitude etc.).
In case of binding problems try to create a new model from the scratch and bind to that.
If still binding problems follow the extended binding procedure from WTFD project and tell us on what item you stop.

The drone belongs to an older person and unfortunately it did a general reset... :-(

We did the whole procedure :
- The camera connects and remains in the list of connections + displays images and is controllable.
- The drone connects (or at least we get a confirmation message)... but doesn't stay in the list and we can't perform any operations on it.

At one point, for no reason, the propellers start up and it's impossible to stop them without removing the battery (so much for sport).

Hence the request to start from scratch.

The drone is bound. That is clear.
What is not clear is the real source of the problem. It sounds like problem is with the controller. There are two systems on the controller that can be easily accessed to verify some things.
The first is the "Hardware Monitor". It can be accessed from the same screen as binding. Use it to confirm all hardware controls respond as expected. This one shows the nearly direct output of each device.
The second is the "Final Output Display". This one can be accessed by doing a quick double tap on the drove voltage icon near the upper left of the screen. This one shows the values being sent to the drone, after all modifications and switching has been applied.

A common problem is inadvertent mischief in the "Systems Settings". I am reminded of this because your statement "At one point, for no reason, the propellers start up and it's impossible to stop them" is a classic example of the words we hear when someone has been messing in "Channel Settings". The "Channel settings" part of the system is much too complex to try to diagnose. The best way to address any possible issues in "Channel Settings" is to delete the current model completely, create a new model, and bind to the new model.
If creating a new model does not help, you can also try an
ST16 Factory Reset .
