I'm new to this bulletin...if I interpret it correctly my Tucson location puts me on the edge of interference but it's weaker? I don't understand all the nomenclature and acronyms. Any explanation is appreciated.

Thanks for posting, I think real reason for this is that SF Giants swept the Dodgers and will now be going to the Playoffs.

You should see no interference. The main area of concern would be less than 200NM (nautical miles) of the center. AGL is above ground level. MSL is mean sea level. FL250 is flight level 25,000 ft.
