The standard answer is: Take it outside to an open area with clear view to the Sky. Leave it for about 20 minutes.
If that doesn't work, we will need a BUNCH of information:
1.)Any recent history that could have resulted in the problem (Firmware updates, bumps, damage, etc,)
2.) Current firmware versions of both Controller and Q500
3.) A copy of your Flight Logs. See Attachment 52 (Chroma and Q500 Flight Log Retrieval) in "
Way To Fix Drones project"
3.) A picture of the results screen from your Controller GPS test. Ensure the test is run outdoors.
The Controller GPS test is in the "Hidden Menu".
Go to System Settings
Click OK.
Select "About Flight Mode Control"
Rapid tap "Android Version" quickly and repeatedly until the secret menu appears
Select "Controler Test".
Select "GPS Test' (It's hard to see. Crammed in right beside "Transmit Test".)
Allow several minutes for the test to acquire data. After about 10 minutes, record the information or upload a picture of the screen.
