Hi Guys
When I power up the Q500+ the centre back indicator light flashes on and off purple (or green if in Smart Mode). Left it sitting on the ground for 5 mins and would not go solid purple. Flew it away a 100 metres and flicked to Home Mode and it happily comes back and lands. Any ideas???? I'm turning the ground station on first and there are usually at least 16 sats being shown on transmitter.

HI again all

After some investigation on the web I found that the status lights sequence I am getting (3 secs purple/1 sec white) is indicating that the follow me/watch me function is activated on the transmitter and that this sequence is fine to fly with (GPS lock is engaged). I was going to ask what 'mode' you were in. Then BAM, you answered that question.
