H update and deleting log files

I thought I read that the log files were suppose to be deleted b4 doing the newest update. I tried doing a search for this and could not find that post. Don't know if I'm doing to many drugs or if this is what should be done.

I did go to Yuneec's site and I didn't see any reference to this either. If this is the case then why isn't Yuneec spelling this out for us?

Yuneec's website still has the video from months ago for doing the updates. Their site is way behind the youtube video!

The video link below shows how to clear the flight data. Note that the video says to update the ST16 first but all the rest of the videos do the TH first. This may be a version issue.
