dOES ANYONE KNOW IF YOU CAN install real sense on the H920? Or know if the V18 camera is any good at all?

Real Sense cannot be installed or used on a 920 or 920 Plus.
Real Sense was developed well after the 920 was released to market so the 920 has no provisions for mounting the unit, no electrical bus for powering the unit, and no software to run the unit.

I have no personal experience with that camera. The Facebook 920 Owners forum might be helpful with that.

The V18 is an inspection camera. If you are looking to make high quality video like you see on the forums here or on YouTube, it is definitely not what you want.
