Help with my daughter's CGO2+ poor video quality!

After a year of ownership, my daughter just went online and saw other videos shot with the CGO2+ were MUCH higher quality. We updated the firmware, viewed the video on different computers and still poor video quality.

I went online and saw a bunch of other videos that were higher quality. Here is one below.

One of the fixes I tried was a faster micro sd card. On the micro sd card you will see a C with a number near it. You might also see a U with a 1 or 3 inside, these are a the speed for read write. I would suggest grabbing a micro sd card with a U3 speed. A large online retailer named after a river has gold and red 64Gb, U3, V90 cards for under $40. By using the faster card the camera doesn't need to buffer as much as can get more data quicker onto the card.

Thanks Bob520! I will give this a try. I am fairly certain we just bought the cheapest sd card.
