How to calibrate the st16 instrument sticks on the H3 drone (right section to 25%) and I don't know how to enter the calibration settings on this model.

I think it is the same as H Plus, ST16S:
Leave the flight mode app and confirm to get into pad mode.
Go to apps
Select FlightControlModeTest (written as FlightContralModeTest for some reason)
You will get into test environment
click Controller test
Click next to enter stick calibration screen, click on start...
Larger deviations may point to an HW problem. Maybe calibration is not enough.

I would agree with @h-elsner. A 25% stick error is unlikely to be a calibration problem. It would be better to at least do the stick maintenance before attempting calibration.
