I have trouble controlling the speed, direction, and angle of the Breeze simultaneously. Is there a simple way to have the drone fly by an object while the lens stays directed at the object?

You can orbit an object using the POI setting in the Orbit task mode.
There is no Curve Cable Cam programming with the Breeze.
If you have a lot of room, you can set a very large Orbit on a point of interest to simulate the CCC effect.
You can also reduce the max speed setting to help in that regard. Unfortunately that does not effect the yaw rate which is too high/sensitive on the Breeze.
