How to Stream with a q500

I would really like to be able to stream live with my q500 4k. Is it possible ?

With an ST16 controller you can use the HDMI output. You can get live stream from the camera too. How to process it furrher is your decision. Share the solurion which you choose if you have some success. I'm interested to broadcast video but have no time to prepare something.
