Is there a phone which allows 80m+ up?

I own a Xiaomi Mi A1 and the maximum I can get is ~50m with it: then connection often drops to zero and I have to wait until drone comes down a bit (after a minute). With Xiaomi Mi4 I manage to get to around 60m, but after 40m video begins to flick.

I have the Comfast repeater: it allows me to go over 60m up, but at least once it also dropped the connection.

Is there any phone which has wifi strong enough to actually fly and transmit video with Breeze at ~80m?

No, there is no such phone. This is due to regulations in different countries which prohibit having a power output above a certain value (I guess it is 25mW). Without repeater or (depending on your country) illegal second device it will not be possible.
