Latest Typhoon H Plus

The H Plus has better performance than the H. More efficient and more powerful motors with longer props.
Better wind tolerance. You will notice the difference.

My only precaution: The camera must be mounted for a compass calibration. Leave the gimbal lock in place when doing so. The C23 camera is more fragile so you don't want it tumbling around during the compass cal.

Also, set the return home point to either the take off point or the dynamic setting of the controller location. And set the return home height higher than any obstacles in the area you are flying.

Okay thanks for the info.

Package came late today and a bit damaged. I know it is in a hard padded case, but the mushroom antenna is broken, it wobbles around and will not tighten. It was resting on the bottom of the case and made an indentation from the shock of the rough shipping. Also, the screen protector was half removed. I am not very happy. Also, there was no lens cover on the camera. I wish it would have arrived before 1:30 like the shipping had said so we could have got this resolved today. I took today off for this, and I have a busy day tomorrow. It seems this happens most of the time these days. I am not impressed with the flimsy plastic handle either, why get rid of the nice, padded aluminum one on the H? Why?

That's a shame about the mushroom antenna. When the ST16s is placed into the case, that antenna folds 90 degrees nicely into a foam cutout . Regarding the screen's protective factory installed film, it's partial removal likely indicates that the supplier checked the controller several times, and each time the ST16s was lowered into the case the film peeled off the screen little by little.

Is the antenna itself damaged or maybe the brass-colored nut is loose on the connector fitting?
Maybe borrow one of the 2.4 antennas long enough to see if it tightens normally where the mushroom mounts?

I noticed the laminated foam in the case was not lined up perfectly resulting in edges that make the opening that much smaller. When I went to take out the Tx the first time it pulled out the foam with it.

Terrible Experience with Vertigo Drones. This one was damaged in shipping and I had to file a claim with PayPal to get a full refund. It took a month, but I got all my money back. I will never deal with this terrible company again. Buyer Beware!
