I do not know if this topic has been addressed elsewhere...

I am travelling to the Netherlands for 3 weeks and am considering taking my H+ with me. A few questiosn:

1) What are the restrictions on carrying a drone overseas? Can I check one through TSA?
2) What restrictions exist on flying drones in the EU? Obviously the FAA does not exist there, so is there a counterpart that regulates drone flight?

For #2 try this link Drone Laws in Netherlands | UAV Coach (2019).
For #1 you will probably have to take the aircraft as checked luggage it will be too large for carry on. You may want to consider getting a hard case to reduce the chance of damage. Be sure to remove the battery in the ST-16S and take it in carry on. Put your aircraft batteries at storage voltage and tape the ends to keep anything from shorting them out and take in your carry on luggage. The use of a fireproof LiPo bag for carrying the batteries is even more respect for the TSA officials and will make your pass through security easier.

On #1. I regularly go through TSA carrying the H as a carry on, in its backpack case. No problems.
