My camera won't tilt on command

Everything else is working perfectly but the camera won't tilt up or down. The ST10+ beeps but the camera doesn't tilt.

Is there something I can do (a reset maybe?) or does it need to be sent in for repair?

As stupid as this may sound, and don't take it the wrong way because I've done it myself, but did you take the stabilizing case of the camera?

Are you connecting with the wire or the through the tabs on the slide bracket ?
Use the tabs when possible. Get a pencil with a good eraser and clean the tabs on both the Q and the camera.
Go into the box settings and recalibrate the controls for the camera..
Lastly, try reloading the firmware in the camera.

I have the same issue but my camera is tilting when using the handgrip. I took the whole drone apart looking for obvious damage or broken wires but nothing. I believe the next step will be to call Yuneec customer service and they will probably tell me to send the camera for repair.
