Just took off for the 3rd time using the 750 firmware and immediately lost all control of my drone. She continued flying with no control at all from my controller. Can't find it now. It's been 10 mins since this happened.

Dang it!! This is not good, hope you find it. When it began to fly away were you still seeing video and real time telemetry? If so when you get back here, post your telemetry files from the ST-16s they may contain last known position and heading to help find it. Here is a link to see how to get the files TELEMETRY

I'm looking at the logs and I have no logs dated from todays date. Only the last time I flew it yesterday is the latest telemetry files! This is insane. It was still sending video for about 10 to 15 seconds before I lost sight of it. I tried getting in my truck and following the path it went but I could not get any kind of signal back on the STS16.

the picture is a screenshot of the last video still i was left with before it lost signal.

what was your flight mode? angle? smart?
That's it, I see on your screens, you in Manual mode, so without GPS assistance, the wind has had to carry your drone ...

Sport, then back to Angle then back to RTL once I realized I lost all control! I just posted screenshots from the display log because I just checked the telemetry folder the latest file saved is from yesterdays flight! This is freakin insane!

I never switched to manual mode! Before I took off I had 11 Sats on my controller and 8 on the drone. I wouldn't even attempt to fly in Manual mode let alone turn it on.

As you can see, before I lost connection. The drone had 19 Sats... how the **** can it say it lost GPS location. Why didn't it RTL? None of this makes sense. Almost tempted to call or file a complaint and get a case started. How can a manufacture put shotty firmware out.

I see msg related to IPS or satellite loss
"No GPS signal, IPS mode enabled"
then
"CRITICAL NAVIGATION FAILURE"
"Check sensor calibr"

it looks like a sensor has dropped, maybe the GPS ...
You have to do with Yuneec, sorry

take off at 12:11:18 in sport mode.
geomagnetic interfernece warning 11 seconds into the flight.
CRITICAL NAVIGATON FAILURE CHECK SENSOR 16 seconds into the flight.
Then it looks like it can't find GPS and is switching into manual mode on it's own.
at 12:12:58 RC control (2.4) is lost. It was flying on it's own for a minute and a half.

RTH would not work at that point.
Was there any onscreen warning? Lights change on the drone when the CRITICAL NAVIGATION ERROR occurred?
If you lost orientation on the bird, it can be hard to bring back.

Did you calibrate after the 750 install?

It was daylight I so could not see light colors on drone. Calibration was done immediately after I flashed the firmware yesterday.

About 15 seconds after take off I noticed that it was not hovering but was drifting so I made corrections to bring it back and tried to get it to descend. It would not respond and kept drifting away, I was able to turn it around towards me a d y then is when I turned on the RTL but it went behind the building and I lost sight. I tried to navigate for the last few seconds I had signal but I lost signal. Seeing that I had more than adequate GPS. I was expecting to see it come back but it never did, I tried chasing it down by foot but i never regained radio signal.

I'm out now trying to look for it but it's not easy because i live in a populated area. The attachment is the last picture I received as it headed away from me.

So you are saying that the last telemetry file was from before the FW upgrade. Do the folders on the drive look the same as before, same number of folders, same position and so on?

Had the same problem and loss several weeks ago. Sent the log to Yuneec CS and was told it was a GPS failure. They replaced the H Plus with a new one.

The last file in my Telemetry folder is from Yesterday after the second flight with the new 750 firmware on it. I have nothing from today's flight in any of my 4 folders labeled Remote, RemoteGPS, Sensors, Telemetry.

So you lost your drone and never found it?

I just spent the last hour driving for 2 miles straight hoping to find it but there are 2 many neighborhoods and trees. It's impossible to find this without having any GPS information from its last location.
