My week old H,Just dropped out the sky

After a few days of test flights, and getting the user manual downloaded everything felt great. Went to a large field so i could go thru the flight modes & get a little higher, take off great, juiced up the speed a little, all is Great! She's out bout 75 yards & i bank to come back maybe 100ft up & she just drops out the sky, landing gear up, OMG !!! Had to be a total loss of power, cause it just dropped. When i got to her, she was DOA, battery, camera, platform plus propellers scattered around. I wanted to cry, but i picked up the mess & called Yuneec. Took the info & sent me a label to return, said they would check what happened & get back. Sent it friday... lets see?

Are you absolutely positive you clicked the battery in all the way? If so....contact yuneec and they will probably ask for your telemetry files to determine what the failure was.
