New breeze 4k won't fly

im a newbie. Just bought mine yesterday. It wont fly in any mode except 'selfie'. Please help. What did i do wrong? The irs stayed on yellow.

New too. The only time mine grey out is when the satellite isn't switched on. This just leaves the pilot mode available.
If selfie is available the others should be available too.

I'd try reinstalling the App on your smartphone.

I cannot fly indoor since the IR sensor is out of range. Not sure what to do. Is this a mechanical problem or software glitch. The Breeze 4K is only a week old. Please advise
