Sorry, it appears I jumped the gun and can't delete my original post, I saw an announcement on FB and checked it out, it did indeed have today's date on but appears to have been posted incorrectly as the 12th when posted by Yuneec.
However there do appear to be different d/l links now depending on browser used

this is bull.... as this is the same firmware availalble from 29august on the yuneec server
they just updated UK website ( holiday ? or hangover?))

This got me really excited. Im really hoping for a software fix before having to send my Pro in after all these compass issues.

tbh that is why I posted it, I haven't put the latest firmware on due to all the issues and thought this was perhaps the fix and was getting excited. I guess not!
