New T with RS but "not detected"

Hey guys,

I've got my new H Pro bound to the ST16 but I am still getting a RealSense "not detected" error. I have checked the RealSense checkbox in settings, and have just now double-checked that the module's ribbon cable is securely connected to the T.

Any ideas... and does obstacle avoidance need to be turned on on the ST16 for RealSense to be recognized.

I’m not the expert here as there are others that may have a more direct answer but, it sounds as though it’s defective. A call to Yuneec support on Monday would be the best solution considering it’s new. My 2 cents.

RealSense should be "recognized" any time.
