Night shots

Here's a shot I got. One is the original the other was touched up a bit. Looking for tips on how I can get pics brighter at night. I can only edit a pic so much before it starts looking noisey.

Which camera are you using.? Are you shooting in auto or custom settings? On the cgo3 you can use the pro camera mode and have full control. ISO, Appature and white balance. This should work for pretty good low light settings. Ken
