no fly zone firmware

Hi - I just got the euneec NFZ download for the firmware update . Their instruction are vague - can anyone instruct a newbie step by step to upgrade the firmware on the st10+ and typhoon 500 4k

The firmware loads to the transmitter like any other firmware update and you'll use the GUI to update the Q.
Format the sd card in the box and load the update to the card. Restart the box and go through the steps to update as normal.
You tube has many video's describing how to do it.

Thanks for the info - I don't have the USB dongle to connect to the drone - can I get one anywhere or make one up
