Hi folks,
I'm brand new here and looking forward to helpful hints and recommendations.

I live in Maryland on the outskirts of Frederick and unfortunately close to a lot of airports, small and large, or flight paths (so I'll have to deal with that).

I have owned DJI (P1 and P2V+) for years and was attracted with the capabilities of the Typhoon H (and have been waiting for its release). I like the fact that it is a hex rather than a quad (my goal is more lift and payload capability).

I just got my Typhoon H (with RealSence, etc.) and un-boxed her earlier this morning. I was immediately impressed with the backpack and the organization of the hexacopter and accessories in the case. I had seen some concerning YouTube reviews and some of those have already been dispelled by looking in that backpack (it's really light too - that surprised me)!

I've read most of the getting started brochure and I'm just getting ready to watch the instructions on the CS card that came with the kit.

Anyway, I'm here and ready to learn.

Later,
Tom
