@rdonson found this new video from Yuneec showing the steps to do a firmware update. There are a few things I would have stressed such as; aircraft off during download and how to get into your home wifi through the android instead of the flight app but it does show the process and what you can expect and the way in which you download and then install the firmware.

Yeah it is somewhat a little late but for the new guys that will show up to the party later, there it is.
