Ok needing help spoken to me in lamens terms please.

So as I venture looking around for different antenna cables I'm having a tough time understanding how to tell which cable is better than the other's by solely viewing the antenna cable attenuation, so if anyone can please just answer this very simple question in very simple terms because if I wanted to know all the correct in depth terminology I can find it all over the internet. So if I had 2 different antenna cables which one of these would give me better performance 1st cable: [email protected] & Cable Two: is [email protected] with ONLY that information to go on which antenna cable would be the best to go with??
