All of a sudden,my props are hitting each other after I purchased replacements. Only 3 are effected as shown in photo. And a question : are all motor pods on plain or are they leaning forward slightly as all of my motors have always leaned Photo 2 shows contact points. photo 3 shows overlap.
Any suggestions ?

Compare the length of the props you bought with the originals. As @Vaklin posted, you most likely bought H Plus or H520 props which are longer.

Big mistake on Yuneec's part to design the H480 and the H+/H520 with the same prop mounting configuration. They should NOT be interchangeable. They should have made the mount unique to each aircraft.

Expecting logic from Yuneec... tsk, tsk, tsk... you know better. :p

On the other hand, it's one less specialized part.
Now that makes no sense Steve! The props are specialized. So are the motors, the bolt pattern for the motor mounts, the arms, basically everything that supports the props are specialized. Yet the prop mounts are not? 🤔 I rest my case!

I was going to do a Judge Doom here, but I would just get in trouble if I posted what I was thinking.
