Q500 Picture Question

Every since I've had the drone and I will get an error on the controller that says failed to capture picture. Is there a way to fix this problem? Some of the pictures come out weird, for example the top portion of the picture is fine then the bottom is miss colored or not there at all.

Have you tried different SD cards in the camera? What Class are they? Have you tried formatting them in the camera?

Upload photos of the SD cards you have tried. The labels will have the ratings on them.

This is the SD card that I have in the camera. I've tried 2 of these and get the same message about not being able to capture the photo. I usually format the card in a card reader.

This SD card is probably too slow. You need one that has an 'U' and a little 3 inthe U.

I agree with @h-elsner , you can also test the camera on the ground. If you know someone with a card with the U3 or better rating, see if they will let you test it in camera before buying one.
