it has options for a CGO3 and GoPro...

Do you have the ST10 or the ST10+? The firmware is different. The current firmware for the ST10+ is Build st10+v01b31c

it's the ST10... that and I have a Q500... not the plus...

The only firmware available for the ST10 is st10v01.01b41c
It will not add the CGO3 or GoPro to the ST10 menu of cameras. You would need a ST10+ in order to use those cameras. I'm guessing the firmware you have on your ST10 is up to date.
