Please could someone explain the steps on how to do a manual update on the firmware on the st16 s

The ST16S is used on several drone models, each with its own firmware, and each model has more than one camera firmware option.
What drone and camera are you wanting to update?

Update: I just saw your other thread that referenced a C23. If you are looking to update a Typhoon H Plus with C23 camera you can use the guidance is this link:

It is unlikely that you will need a firmware update on the H3. However, please check your messages for more information.
