ST24

It can be done. I have seen a YouTube video with someone using an ST16 and an ST24 for Team Mode. I do not remember which controller was flight control and which was Camera control, but you should find it if you search You tube for Yuneec Typhoon Team Mode.

Hi there. I have just come across an ST24 controller..still in original box and never powered up apparently. It had no battery still in plastic etc. I was able to bind to both the H480 and a CG03+. I dont see any Simulation capability either.

I cant access any hardware diagnostics for checking switch status besides the monitor...and everything looks fine there. There were NO instructions...0.

There is an "Enter Test" option which I dont have the password...and I hav tried the standard ones know in the Yuneec community

This seems to be some type of "test" controller as it's serial # is 0123456789ABCDEF and its running a custom build ver of 1449299190. Below is Android Ver and firmware build.

Android 4.1.1
Build st24v01.01b94

Do any of you smart folks have any in depth experience with this model? I am very familiar with the ST 10+, ST 16 and 16+ so I guess I had expectations about what this would be like...I guess thats what I get....:)

If there is interest, I can post pics and any addition info requested...Thank you kindly for any help or assistance.

Bill

Thank you very much for the quick response and your time here. I have seen and have a copy of it..it was one of the first and ONLY documents I have ever seen on this controller..and to be honest it doesn't tell you anything about testing the hardware etc...there are many buttons that have to no explanation that I have seen anywhere..here's a few pics 20210101_094958.jpg

There are some manuals for the ST24 in the H920 section of the Yuneec Downloads here Yuneec Downloads

Thank you. You folks have answered my question. Since I already have 2 ST16+, I'm going to sell this off. I tried to post it in the classified section but lack the proper permissions.

Again, thank you kindly for taking the time to review and respond to my post.

Sorry for the delay Here are some photos of the controller. This has original box etc. Still has the screen protector on.

It didn't have a battery and it took awhile for me to procure one...they are very hard to come by and John from YuneecSkins came thru with one right after I stumbled upon one elsewhere. Now it has 2 batteries so the buyer is in luck.

I'm not sure what I will ask for it...but I know it's NOT worth the kind of money other people are looking for....it also has a built-in camera....the lens between the 2 fans

It appears this has the original b94 firmware installed. There is very little documentation on the functionality built into any of the Yuneec controllers. I can’t really say why they were never documented better.

Thank you all for replying and taking the time to review. Much appreciated.

Ive learned alot of info here...thanks again

I might be interested in buying. Can you post a picture of the "Camera Selection" screen (I think that is what it is called on the ST16) on the "System Settings" screen? I'm curious what cameras work with it.

Thank you for the quick reply. I was hoping that it would include some of the other Yuneec cameras (the CGO1 and/or the MK58).

Let me upload a few more pictures...the "name" is only nomenclature for a device type it appears....and the prior pictures don't tell the whole story I believe...give me a few minutes

Here are some additional photos running thru the camera selection menu in FPV mode. As you can see, Go pro is the only option with mk58. It's a nice controller for sure. I hooked it up to the Yuneec Skyview goggles and all that but I don't have the gear to take proper advantage....Based on feedback I received here, I brought it up to last production firmware..

I was able to bind to an H, but not fully. If you want any additional information on it, I'd be happy to provide. I did open up a request with Yuneec asking for info on it...I was surprised when they answered twice

Thanks
