Looks like the trim for the joysticks. Do not know if functional, I just guessed by the layout. That is similar to a _proper_ RC.

They are numbered so it should tell you on the page what they do

They are trim tabs not used with the Q500's as the Q is self stabilizing and trim tabs aren't needed.

Now i know why i couldnt trim my Q500 when I flew with GPS off.. its a shame they are non useful, i would have enjoyed them!

Trim tabs make it confortable... you can kinda hover way better instead of constantly pushing the sticks...

I have a little 250 Quad racer that's like that but that's the way I want it. Like with my 3D R/C planes, stability can sometimes be a negative thing.
With my 250 I don't dare take my eyes off of it or hands off the sticks. It'll be gone so freakin quick. lol
Just completely unstable... but agile as heck and super maneuverable.
I guess for stability with the Q... it's all about the gps.
