Going to try one for my iPad next, but I think it’ll be too heavy.

It works. And I can move it around as much as the smaller Fire tablet without it falling out. It’s heavier, but that extra screen size is nice. Adding a sunset pic taken while flying it with the iPad.

Nice job! I made an attempt at a tablet holder also. I don't know how it will hold up in hot weather, but it is rock solid right now.
