I am curious what system they use to detect the incoming drone. Judging by all the patch antennas on the "Killer Drone" I would guess it is homing in on the telemetry or any of the other signals emmited buy the target. I doubt radar would be an option unless it was guided by a separate ground system.
Personally i feel the use of an attacker a drone operating on a preprogramed route with a backup inertial guidance system would defeat the defence unit as well as an attempt to jam the gps and control signals.
