Whats the wire white,blue,black, and red plug in there for as its not connected to anything ?

This is for computer connection to test it, calibration and more.. You must have other cable in the set ended with USB plug.

If you go to youtube and enter Typhoon q500 4K tutorial, there are a few in there that are pretty good,

btw the tweezers that are supplied with the drone accessories is specifically for retrieving that plug.
It's got a little velcro tab on it to secure it up out of the way of installing the battery.
