Tilt on Camera only moves 10-15 degrees upward and no downward movement

Haven't flown it yet but out of the box it appears my camera movement may be defective as the tilt only moves about 10-15 degrees upward when the tilt toggle is switched down. There is NO downward movement whatsoever. OR.... is that all we get?

Did you calibrate the camera?

Hmmm. No I calibrated the GPS. Guess that's not the same thing. Dind't see instructions on calibrating the camera.
