Typhoon H Battery discussion / advice

Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum but not t new to the TH. I've been flying my TH for a year now and really enjoy the drone. Recently my batteries are showing signs of age. When I first got that TH I was getting a solid 15 minutes of flight time now I'm getting about 11 minutes (16.7 ~ 14.6v). I have one yuneec factory Power 4 battery and one ultrax 6300.
My curiosity has been peaked after seeing battery "adapters" claiming better flight times as well as lower cost.

Claims up to 25 minutes of flight time with the "green" battery, that is very impressive.
The add mentions GPS interference from magnetic signature, what exactly does that mean? Has anyone tried these adapters? If so what is your impression / experience?

Since the batteries are less to be found.
Perhaps a ploy to keep price up who knows.
