Typhoon H GUI Crashing on Windows 10

Like several people my H was bricked by the recent OTA firmware update (ST16 updated OK). I found a posting on the forum that suggested using the Typhoon H GUI to update to an older firmware (1.28) and then install via SD card. I cannot get the GUI to load the firmware file - after I choose the 1.28 bin file (TyphoonH-FC_V1.28_24_9_2016.bin) a message displays "WpfAppTyphoonH has stopped working" and the GUI closes. This happens regardless of whether the H is connected and no matter whether the connection is set to serial or USB.

Any ideas?

That was exactly it... Once I used a .yuneec extension it loaded and I was able to install the 3.01 update! Thanks!
