I have two of these drones and it doesn't. Happen all the time but when I hit altitudes of 300ft to 500ft the s10 controller will display in red writting... camerea loss trying to connect or reconnect... Once I bring it down or let it hover awhile it will regain camerea footage. It us up to date and everything. Just hoping to resolve somehow. Thanks for your time.

This happens when the wifi drops out. Describe the area you are flying in. Lots of obstructions like trees or buildings?
It helps some to keep the controller handle pointed at all times towards the bird.
Usually the wifi will reestablish its connection. Normally if shooting video when this happens it will not be effected and no lost footage.
