New Update:
They said it could never be done... I said it could never be done... but...
With the 3.2.0 release of UAV Toolbox, the app now supports Curved Cable Cam editing on the H Plus. Create Missions, add waypoints, set the camera direction, and export the mission as a Curved Cable Cam flight. Manage your existing Cable Cam routes, including replay and comparison with recorded telemetry.
In addition, as well as improving the Mission editor, the App now has a set of advanced Mapping features for power users. These features include the ability to import Surveys and Corridor scans from DataPilot .plan files. Yes, you can create a survey on your PC, export it to the ST-16 and turn it into a Cable Cam flight. A unique 'straighten' tool allows you to force the drone to follow straight routes between waypoints (vital for surveys!). Long flights can also be split into multiple passes, with a quick tool allowing you to split by flight time, and the main editor allowing you to adjust split points to ensure you start and stop flights at the most convenient location. These advanced features do not turn your H Plus into a H520 (see below), but they do allow you to carry out photogrammetry jobs and have much better control over pre-programmed flights.
The website is here: UAV Toolbox - Yuneec ST-16
As this is a new feature for H Plus users, please note the following:
UAV Toolbox does not replace any of the standard Yuneec software. Your drone is not modified, and you fly using the normal Flight software on the ST-16. Please remember that you must retain complete control of the drone at all times. Autonomous flight modes in particular require you to pay attention. You must be prepared to stop the drone at any point - remember that pre-programmed flights are not guaranteed to be safe, or accurate. If you are not confident creating and flying Curved Cable Cam routes normally, I strongly advise you practise before using UAV Toolbox.
The app is designed to give you more control over your flights, but it cannot change the behaviour of the drone in the air. In particular, Yuneec's Curved Cable Cam does not support 'stop and turn', 'pause', 'set speed' or 'take photo/video' functions. You can however use the Timelapse, or manual camera control functions on the ST-16 during flight. For surveys created with DataPilot and the E90 camera settings, imported flight plans will estimate the ideal speed for the drone to fly at, assuming you use the 5 second Timelapse photo mode - it is up to you to adjust the Cable Cam speed to match this when in flight.

Previous update:
This has been a long and difficult year for many of us, so I'm pleased at last to be able to give some good news.
With the official release 3.0.1 of UAV Toolbox, the H Plus is now supported for log tracking, media reviews, flight summaries and replay and online sharing.
The website has been updated, with improved account management and easy install instructions for the ST-16.
The App has had numerous fixes and improvements, including automatic 'one click' lookup of weather and address details for logs, better mapping and equipment tracking.
Thank you to the many beta testers and patient users for all your support.
