After a light crash, no visible damage to the craft. I cannot connect to the Camera, on the 16 it shows the camera Wifi signal not reachable. Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with something similar? I checked most of the wires I could see on the gimbal, and reseated it. Still nothing. Thanks

If you're familiar with binding and rebinding, try rebinding the cam. You're showing the craft connected, right?

There are some very small wires and boards inside the camera. One of those boards is the WiFi. I'll suggest calling Yuneec, don't go inside the camera unless you are a micro electrical assembly specialist. Especially if you still have a warranty. The moment you open up the camera that warranty is over.

Yes I see the craft fine, on the ST16 it shows the craft connected but hangs trying to connect Wifi, and I believe that is how the ST16 connects to the camera, correct? I will give it a shot. Thanks

What color(s) is the camera LED? According to the LED Status chart Red would not be the one you want to see...

"CGO3+ CAMERA LED STATUS INDICATIONS
- Without T-card or T-card Memory Full Blinks yellow
- WiFi Error Blinks red
- WiFi Initialized Blinks green
- WiFi Connected Glows solid green
- Recording Video or Taking Still Photos Blinks green, blue slowly"

There is no light, camera appears dead...

The aircraft will not go into bind mode with the orange flashing lights, the controller is still saying "trying to connect to camera" so I don't think it will let me bind it. Camera has no light, so I am thinking it is dead.

On with Yuneec this AM, I need to send in for repair. I will update with the findings. Thanks everyone.

Ok back in business, it was the CG03 slip ring, and main controller board. They did a good job, Fortress Solutions UAV in Texas. Thanks all.

Today I managed to connect the Wizard to my Typhoon H Pro and when finished, I turned it off and tried to go back to the ST-16. After shutting everything down and bringing them back up (ST-16 & Drone) everything connected EXCEPT the camera. Kept getting the popup screen on startup "RC: Completed WIFI: Connecting... and message in red on top "reconnecting to camera, please wait". Well, I waited and waited... shut everything down and tried again several times thinking that maybe it just didn't initialize but same result, no connection to WIFI or the camera. Odd, it was working prior to binding the Wizard to the drone but can't get the camera to connect anymore. All other functions of the drone sitting on the bench top with all lights & buzzers apparently doing their part but not the camera. Though Yuneec tech support is pretty good, when I called, they were on their lunch break and when I tried again, it was after hours.
PS - It flew fine yesterday and started up with the ST-16 just fine this morning (didn't fly it).

So.... I am reaching out to you more experienced Typhoon H pilots for any help you may be able to provide. Thanking you in advance for your expertise.

Forgot to mention that the light on the camera starts out solid white then turns to solid red then turns to flashing green (WIFI Initialized) but then nothing happens. I have tried binding the camera in the systems setting menu but when I try that a pop-up screen comes up asking for a password (no idea what the password is) to proceed with binding the camera to the ST-16.

Password should be 1234567890, my issue was the ring on the gimble and controller board, as I had no power to camera. I am guessing you have a binding issue with the ST-16.

YES... Success!! I fired up the drone and applied the password you provided and it worked instantly. Thank you for your help. The people on this forum are awesome!!

Yes I have the same fault with a solid white light only but seems no one knows who to fix it :confused:

Check the wires and pin connections at the plug. They are fragile and require little excess force to break them. Check camera bind status.
