hey there guys I recently purchased an h920 kit that came with a v18 seemingly unused still in box. I'm new to the forums or I'd have posted this in the classifieds, what's a fair price to ask for this? basically this is a feeler post. 20200614_101345.jpeg20200614_101533.jpeg20200614_101547.jpeg20200614_101552.jpeg

I see them priced from $500 (currently for sale on sport card.com...no affiliation with me) up to $1200.

I don’t understand pricing for some yuneec products that people charge, mostly cameras, they’re all over the spectrum. Typhoon H drones for example are listed as high as $1500 down to $629. But people selling CGO3+ from $300 up to $500.

Who knows what someone would pay but you can in that same example above you can buy an H for$629 that comes with a CGO3+ so doesn’t makes sense to pay $500 for a CGO3+....likewise with a tornado, there’s one on eBay for $2400 with V18 and theres tornadoes (on eBay/FB marketplace) for $1200 without camera.

Put it up for sale for high price, wait a week then lower by $100...rinse, wash, repeat. Whatever price it sells for will be what it’s worth. People on eBay will often watch an item and will be notified when price drops, someone watching an item at $1000 will be more than happy to buy it at $800, people like to think they got a good deal.

My thoughts.

Not sure of fair value but I'm interested in it if anyone can tell me if I can use it on my q500 4k???
That camera is designed for the H920, do not think it would work on the Q500.
Read that it is a "terrible" camera, it was supposedly designed for inspection/s. Not really a very versatile camera... Now a days Would be weary of buying anything Yuneec related nowadays since their support os none existent here in the States.

A Q500 cannot use it. The camera will only work with the original 920. Good zoom camera for close up stills but like other zoom camera/gimbal combinations of its time, not very good for video when using a long focal length due to stabilization issues.

The cam is way too heavy to carry it by Q500. And as said, it will not work with Q500 (no control of gimbal, zoom and so on).

But it is a good camera for inspections of S&R purposes. In Europe it was sold only for gov't not for public.
