Video quality vs stills

I'm getting my H video down fairly well, although am still struggling with getting the right combination of settings depending on the lighting. When taking a picture however, it always seems blurry compared to the video.

BTW, Captain Drone was going to make a video on how to use the camera settings for best quality video/pictures. Has that been posted yet?

This guy does a good job explaining about camera settings that even I can understand. I subscribed to his channel
