suddenly my typhoon H crashed...
There was usually no problem.
But I changed it to home mode because there was something wrong with the drone.
The drone flew to a different place than where it took off.
Although it was hard to find drones that had landed, i found it. landing gear was up.
That means you've performed the controller's(ST16) order.
Why did you land somewhere else?
Is it a mechanical error? Is it my fault?
Is it because of the earth magnetic field?
Do i always have to calibrataion before flying?

Return to home means returning to the current position of the ST16. It’s different from how DJI drones work.

If the compass isn’t properly calibrated or the GPS almanac not up to date things can go wrong sometimes. If you’re in an area with a lot of metal, radio interference or the H doesn’t have a clear view of the sky the drone may get confused.

It is cheap insurance to calibrate the compass once a week and every couple of weeks let the H sit on the ground with motors off for 13 minutes while it updates the GPS sat almanac.

Ron has it exactly right. For return home to work properly, the H needs good GPS information before it is launched and the ST16 GPS also needs to be accurate. The ST16 is always the home point. The Home function can only work if both of those locations are accurately recorded.
