Yaneec power 4 issue plz help

Just bought the brand new typhoon with two battery. I get blue blinking light when I try to charge it. I pushed it all the way down on the charger and it fits well . Also when I insert same battery into the unit all the lights on Typhoon h start blinking with beeping sound. Any idea how can get the battery fix?

Switch it all off take plug out and try again I get the blue light sometimes and this is what I do

I tried multiple times I still get blue light on one the battery . I've heard it doesn't get charge bc battery is too low which doesn't. Make sense . My battery still shows12 volt and yet I can't get it to charge

12 volts is too low for a 4 cell battery. The charger won't charge at that voltage. You will need to use a third party charger with an adapter to charge it as a NiCad battery to get it over 14Volts. Why and how did the battery get to 12 Volts? That's a good way to kill a Lipo.

Try connecting the ST 16 at the same time. Plug all cables in and then switch on at the mains.

At 12 volts the battery might already be beyond salvage.
