Yneec CGO3 + in own constructions.

He did some investigations, how control og the gimbal works. He tried some PWM generators to figure out how it works and what happens.

To initialize the camera a start signal is needed (this was already discussed for CGO2/3 cams with different solution in order to use the cams with other copter than Yuneec).

From video description:
Power supply: 3S or 4S battery (at least we need 5V which is made by a step-down voltage converter TPS5450, thus it will also work with 2S).
PWM signal characteristics:
- frequency: 50-200Hz
- amplitude: 3-5V (3,3V)
- Initialization signal: 630 - 660 μs
- Signal to block tilt: 900 - 1040 μs (see at 04:15)
- Signal to control tilt: 1100 - 1850 μs

Nice to see that also another receiver and RC controller is working with the CGO3+ (see from 11:20 on).
