Yuneec breeze uncontrollable!

I have had my breeze for about 3 years. Crashed it several times and not a problem until the last one.I crashed it and damaged a prop so i replaced it and went for a test fly.
Everything started as normal untill it got to its 6 foot takoff height,then it started voilently shaking up and down left and right back and forth so bad one of the blade guards flew off!
Then it went straight up super fast to about 60 feet then just flew away from me at high speed for about 100 ft right into a tree! I have never heard the props spin this fast or the breeze fly this fast!
I picked up the pieces, broken landing gear and bent props.Anyone have this happen to them!????

The violent shaking is a new one to me.

The fast rise from 6 to 60 feet sounds like the IRS was malfunctioning and was not detecting the rise in height. That normally causes the motors to shutdown and it would fall straight down.

The part where it flew off at high speed sounds like a mismatch between the compass and GPS. This was common when launched from a place of magnetic interference like reinforced concrete or truck bed.

Since this happened after repair from a previous crash it is possible that there was also some internal damage to the electronics.
