    Any suggestions for dealing with an issue that is over 3 months now? When I purchased my Typhoon H, it was supposed to come with the follow me remote, however, it was not in the package. After going back and forth with Yuneec via email, the case was simply closed. I have emailed them twice since then with zero response. Looking for anyway to resolve this issue. Thanks.

    Did you purchase directly from Yuneec or a third party?
    If third party you should go through them.
    If not, good luck!

    Purchased through best buy. Contacted Yuneec first and they said they would handle it.

    No harm in going back to the seller either.

    You should have returned it to Best Buy immediately after learning of the shortage.
