Interesting that there is no mention whatsoever of the H3....not in Legacy and no Leica camera in Accessories. It's as if it never happened.

And that is across all Yuneec websites. It just was wiped from the scene.

Interestingly enough - B&H has the H3s in stock as of this post, while the H Plus is expected back in 7 to 14 days. But yeah, the H Plus is the drone I would still get.

Sounds like Yuneec called a "Mulligan" on the H3 and is focused on just 1 aircraft.

The H520/e/+ are essentially the same bird...just minor differences in case color and firmware...different software systems on the ST16...

Kinda like a Firebird, a Formula, and a Trans Am...

While the H520e shares a lot of hardware with the H520/H+/H3, the control link is different as well as the ST16e all due to the OFDM.

But that's all mainly software right? Some few hardware pieces as well?

Like a V6 Firebird or a 455SD T/A...?

Not a software change for the OFDM. It is a hardware difference. You cannot swap controllers between the H520e and the H520/H+/H3.

The H520/H+/H3 all use the SR24 Zigbee 2.4GHz RC control with 5.8GHz WiFi camera link. Changing the controller between the three is just a software change on the ST16S.

The OFDM link for control and camera is a totally different system, so not interchangeable.
