I just got off the phone with Yuneec's Tech Support. This was the first time I have ever called Yuneec. The call was answered by the system on the 5th ring and I had a tech on the line within 10 seconds of the call being answered. Took about 15-20 minutes to go through everything but the issue was resolved before the call was ended. The tech was attentive, polite, and thorough. I'll take that over an e-mail any day.

I didn't have a problem contacting support. The call back option works well. My last conversation didn't go so well, but I was quite irritated.

Right now I like my H. The only real complaint is the twitching in GPS mode, but not a deal breaker and doesn't seem to affect the video negatively.
