    I've called tech support a few times. In the beginning wait times were very short, less than 5 minutes. The last two times, wait time was over 40 minutes, but I elected to wait rather than opt for the call back. Once getting someone on the phone, they've always been great. Concerning email...

    I believe I've been shooting 60fps at 1080p, but I'd have to double check to be sure. I'll try a slower frame rate and see what it looks like. Thanks for the tip.

    The first time I did an update, I watched the video with the American guy, I noticed that he updates the TH first, and he doesn't tell you to clear the data, so I didn't. Now I'm watching the video of the guy with the English accent, and he says to update the ST16 first, and stresses the need...
