Binding the camera to the drone

I'm having trouble finding my camera to the drone I bought the camera on eBay from a guy that lives in Hawaii he has no username or password so I cannot connect my ST 10+ To the camera

Does the box see the camera ?
By chance do you have an Sd card under the battery in the Box ? If You do, take it out and reinstall it.Sometimes it can cause problems.
Do you have a "Steady Grip " ? Install the camera and see if you can connect to your phone using the Cgo app.
